Jeez, what an ugly face and beard. If it weren't in such a realistic style, I'd think it was drawn by whoever illustrated the book in #6.

That's an awful expression and the beard needs to go, but Mark's kinda cute when his face is clean-shaven and his head isn't.

Ugh, he shaves his head sometimes? If there's one look I hate, it's having a bald head and a beard. Total macho douchebag look.

He doesn't shave it to like a skinhead degree or anything, but he definitely shaves it down to stubble. It's been a while though, and I don't actually remember if he typically keeps the beard when he does that.
