What the anon above said. Oded Fehr as Ardeth Bey is easily the single most attractive thing in the first two Mummy movies, and they're cheesy, quotable fun, so they're worth watching for him.

Also, he really does look like Strange these days, yes. And he has experience playing Medjai, mystics and assorted deadpan snarky bastards. He'd have been so good ...

ADDITIONALLY, he voiced Doctor Fate for the DC animated Justice League cartoons, who was pretty much their version of Doctor Strange and carried off the dialogue with aplomb.
