I know what it's like. I hate going to the beach because I can get sick from watching the water go up and down. And having to stop at a railroad crossing, ugh. I have to keep my eyes away from the train that is crossing; if I watch it, I'll get sick.

For the beach, if I'm pestered into going, I take an over the counter motion sickness med, like Dramamine non-drowsy. It helps.
