I don't like cooked broccoli though. Just raw. What I'm craving when I say I rave broccoli is raw broccoli, maybe dipped in some italian dressing... maybe a whole salad of nothing but broccoli and carrots, with some vinegary dressing over it.

But due to the problem I seem to have with fiber, the dressing is the only thing there I can actually tolerate. :/

And the same means I can't have fruit, and I'm lactose intolerant so cream/whipping cream and cheese is something I can only have in very very small amounts. (I do sometimes eat a single spoonful of cheese dip. And suffer the consequences, but cheese is so good and I get so tired of sweets. ;_;)

So yeah. Like I said before, not looking for advice here - this has been going on in my life for almost 30 years, and it's very unlikely anyone here can provide a solution that I haven't already tried/thought about. I appreciate that people try, though. I was just answering the OP's question about problems that most people think are not problems, with "I need to GAIN weight, and I wish I could just eat a salad instead of candy."

Good news for you! A lot of salad dressings are really high in calories (like, olive oil is delightfully high calorie, and it's the 'healthy' sort of fat)! So, make yourself a nice salad, cover it in a good, high-calorie dressings, maybe add some nuts or croutons... and BAM!
