Late NA is late

You might have already tried this, but do appetizer vinegars also make you sick? There are these vinegars (often fruity, but not always) that are pretty mild, so you can basically just drink them straight, or mix them with water/soda, depending on how high your tolerance acid tolerance is. If you can tolerate acidic foods/drinks it might at least help with your drinking problem (you mentioned upthreat that you also can't really drink stuff).

Are you fine with lactose-free diery? I once had lactose-free mozzarella (or something close to it) drenched in balsamico. The balsamico basically masks everything, so it tasted nice enough, and I think that would be high-calorie as well?
