I wish I could be attracted to aesthetics again, because Riker is so my type physically. When I first watched TNG I was so hot for him.

Just out of curiosity, what do you mean by 'be attracted to aesthetics again'? What attracts you now/ what means that you can't be attracted to what used to be your physical type? (No need to answer if you don't want to)

Why can't I just be attracted hot characters instead of being attracted to interesting characters, is pretty much what I mean. Like, I'm not really attracted to Riker because his character doesn't interest me. But I used to be hot for him just because he was hot. Tastes change, I guess.

Riker's got a "twin brother" who resulted from a transporter accident and spent a bunch of years marooned on a horrible planet. Maybe he woukd be both interesting and hot?

Omg I completely forget about him! I shipped them pretty hard. Man, I need to watch TNG again. I like Riker in that ep where... I forget the plot exactly, but he's going insane for some reason? He's in alien prison? Or was that just O'Brien? I need a Star Trek rewatch.

It was Riker, and the episode you're referring to is "Frame of Mind". A really good episode! :)

Isn't he also in alien prison? Didn't the Cardassians arrest him in DS9 or was he killed off?
