i'm sorry! honestly sometimes when i'm in a "lookit how cute they are" mood i forget what happened to them and then it hits me and i'm like "wait...". it's terrible.
still, i love this gif so much i want to print every frame and hang them in my room.

house and wilson were the absolute best. it was such a comforting routine, somehow, with house getting frustrated with the sick chump of the week and going to see wilson, and then having a eureka moment halfway through their conversation and leaving wilson mid-sentence to save the day. and now i miss this show.

That is a gif that is definitely going in my reaction folder. And I'm going to be all depressed every time I look at it. (But there is fondness too, oh, so much fondness.)

House had its rough periods (and hell, seasons), but unlike a lot of folks I could never give it up because of House and Wilson. They were too dear to my heart. Wilson and Houses prank wars were epic and all their serious talks were a treasure. I loved how easy it was for Wilson to trigger his eureka moments, lol. They had such a nice dynamic. (Screwed up, and unhealthy sure...but somehow still heartwarming.)

the last cuddy/house centric arcs were painful, but i soldiered through it because i kept telling myself wilson would be there for house. that was my mantra during the last few seasons. and i'm glad i stayed loyal to the show, because i was very happy with the ending (well, happy might not be the right word considering how bittersweet it was). and house's mind/wilson's heart will always be in my top 5 two-parters. that was just good television, period.

I always knew if Cuddy/House happened it was going to be a disaster for everyone (not just because I didn't ship it, but because of their interactions even before getting together. They always had 'blow up' potential, I think) but it was spectacularly bad.

Me too! It was bittersweet but still 'a good ending'. House and Wilson got to be together for a bit longer, and I think considering all the shit they'd been through before that, it was as much as they could ask or hope for. It was fitting.

Ugh, House's Mind/Wilson's heart are two of my favorite episodes of House. This show wasn't always on, but when it was on, it was on.
