They do say in the secret that they looked for a "non-cheesecake" picture, which assume means something other than Boobs as Flotation Devices.

Even so, there's not a lot if characters with huge breasts in that series iirc. There's a lot of variety when it comes to the breast sizes of the characters.

That don't look big to me either and I googled the series and their boobs don't look big in other panels either.
