LOL it didn't tell you that we would say "a US spellcheck"?

Actually, no, it's just the browser one here and that just does it word for word, so it wouldn't do a suggestion for a versus an. I don't do a grammar check here.

Now I'm wondering if that was a typo, or if you pronounce "US" differently causing there to be an "an" before it.

I might, I have no idea what my accent sounds like to Americans (it's an ungodly mix of accents I've acquired over my life, but I don't know which one's most dominant now), but if I say it put loud "a" does indeed sound more right.

That being said, I have a pretty high typo rate in all languages.
