They call that "free-bleeding". Double dare you to google it.

I'm confused, because this hoax apparently started in 2014. Freebleeding as a (rare but not unheard of) movement has been around a LOT longer than that. Not the militant feminism stuff, but the general idea. I knew a few people who did it at night.

That was a scheme cooked up by 4chan (spreading the word through fake blogs and fake photos) to "hurt feminists" and it absolutely breaks my heart that it worked. We're smarter than this.

The thing is - it was a hoax, but there actually were a few confused souls who fell for it and adopted it as a really great idea. But not nearly as much as they'd like you to think.

...I free-bleed, I guess you'd say, and I'm not a hoax. :<

I just don't go out much so when I'm on my period, I sometimes just sit on a towel or just go to bed with no underwear. I've only bled onto something once (couch cover) and it washed right out so it was no big deal (I started and didn't notice so I didn't get my towel out) I've been told my vagina is kind of tilted so I guess that accounts for some of it. I only use like one or maybe two pads when I'm on my period because I hardly wear underwear. There's usually not a lot of blood until I go to the bathroom and wipe with toilet paper. So if I feel kind of gross, I go do that and then boom, I'm fine?
