Re: Is this where we recommend 2010s anime?

Jokes aside, No.6 was a disaster. The last episode ruined the whole show. So rushed, so nonsensical. Whoever thought that adapting several novels into a 11 episodes tv series was a good idea needs to be fired.

I'm ayrt and I admit I have some mixed feelings about No. 6. Overall, I loved it - mainly because I loved the first nine or ten episodes so much. The world, the characters, how the relationship between Shion and Rat grew. There were a couple of meh plot points, but overall I thought it was awesome. But the ending was weird. I agree. I think it should've been told in at least twice as many episodes, just to really build it up more. And the red herring of Shion being able to "cure" the sickness (?) just felt like a waste when it didn't happen. I liked the kiss at the end, but it wasn't explained why Rat left all of the sudden. And Safu becoming some kind of goddess for like twenty minutes, just seemed random, it wasn't explored enough.

Anyway, yeah. I still love the series, but mostly the beginning and middle stuff. There aren't enough tears in the world to bemoan the fact that it was only eleven episodes and the ending suffered for it.
