You know what's weird? In recent years, I started becoming interested in other bands. It's true they were my #1 for a time, but I kind of felt like they were falling into the AC trap.

Even weirder for me is that Mike wasn't my favorite Goo. I think he's pretty cool, don't get me wrong. And after he was let go, it was disheartening to read so much garbage on fan message boards about how he wasn't that good of a drummer anyway, there were way better drummers, etc. Honestly, I don't know shit about drummer quality, as I'm not much of a drummer myself. I know people are going to have their opinions and sometimes choose bad times to be very vocal about them. Still, after a couple of weeks of that, I just stopped going to that forum. Not that I'd visited much in the last few years anyway.

Okay, wow, so I have this tendency to rant. Out of curiosity, anon, what was your favorite band?
