Personally, he's whole attitude [for most of the movie] just...annoyed the crap out of me. Like, I wanted to punch the fuck out of him annoyed the crap out of me. Which says quite a bit considering I'm almost completely pacifistic and have the patience of a rock when it comes to most people.

Is it something about the performer you just don't like? Like, you just don't like the way he looks? Or is it something specific that the character does - some attribute he has or something he says or something?

And no, not the actor, not how he looked and it's not anything specific beyond "The whole fucking attitude".

Ah, no, I don't mean to be personal about it or anything. It's really just honest curiosity because I don't understand where you're coming from. I don't think you need to like him or anything. It's just a movie I like and I'm curious about other perspectives on it, I guess. Sorry, don't mean to be critical.

Ah, it was just kind of how it came across since it really seemed like you were looking for a very specific instead of a general "What is it you don't like?", you know? The only times I've ever seen it used are when someone is taking it personally and about to try to tell you why you're wrong for feeling that way.

In fairness, it's probably a mix of lack of vocal tone/body language, and the people I've run across but...yeah. That's why I assumed that.
