Re: Stuff you love, but can't really recommend to other people
It's pretty much EXACTLY damn you people and your immoral acts. The photography fetishist really wants to kill people with his camera, the water fetishist wants to drown people, the foot fetishist cuts people's feet off . . . even the tattoo fetishist randomly kills someone, because he's a fetishist, and in this show, fetishists kill people. It's the most hilariously sex-negative thing I've ever seen that wasn't Christian.

(Anonymous) 2014-06-10 01:29 am (UTC)(link)We're seeing the results of an underground sex club that's been giving its clients superpowers--who's surprised that people who were already rapists and child molesters go off the goddamn rails given a little more power? It's the limit of the show's cast that we only see villains and heroes, and that the heroes are outnumbered. Yes, I wish that we could see more of the world this was set in, that there are plenty of people out there in fursuits or living the BDSM life or whatever, living their lives and not hurting anybody. However, I still like this show for what it did give us--a well-plotted show with an innovative concept, and a main character that really, really sold the addiction to something that is pretty much the superpower equivalent of krokodil.
