I like the lovable rogue archetype. I like the faithful priestess archetype. A combination of the two could work if it focused on the priestess side, stealing to help those in need. Ange is focused on the rogue side, and it just doesn't work for me. A level of pragmatism and materialism that would be funny with a pure thief just seems blasphemous with someone who's supposed to have a higher calling. (Maybe this is personal to me, given my complicated relationship with religion--I can see why someone else would find her funny.)
