James McAvoy does have weird moments where he looks like ten years younger than he actually is, what with his stupidly blue eyes, but even then that doesn't explain the need to write him like he's 12(as you said).

But Steve has never heard a swear-word in his life dontcha know? He is as sweet and innocent as a flower.

Haha, you know the sad thing is I'm not even sure that would work. Some people cling doggedly to their fanon interpretations and wont budge for anything.

Oh god, have you ever heard James McAvoy in interviews? The man can't stop making dick jokes (and/or various other sex jokes). Not even joking, he can't seem to get through an interview without being dirty. I know McAvoy isn't Charles, but Charles is quite the flirt (and seems unashamed of it; he's probably the same way with sex) and being able to see everyone's innermost thoughts (including kinks) should mean the guy isn't shocked by much anymore. He would probably be the last person to be surprised.

Cap is inexcusable though, I agree with you there.

Now that you mention it I never saw interviews for Last King of Scotland (though I did see the film itself and he was brilliant in it), but I imagine he took that seriously.

But for everything else...he's a gigantic dork and perv.

I can't even watch McAvoy/Fassbender interviews because RPS isn't my thing but they are so damn flirty that my brain can't stop from going there.

It isn't just Fassbender, though. Maybe that makes it even worse because he'll bring everyone and anyone into his flirting. http://elaminator.tumblr.com/post/88296335766/morgan-leigh-hellotailor#notes (He also talked about fingering himself, then talked about fingering Patrick Stewart on Graham Norton. And no it isn't what it sounds like, but he enjoyed phrasing it that way so damn much. I watch his interviews and embrace the madness. I figure he won't mind if I very casually ship him with people because he really doesn't give a fuck.)
