I've seen Redpill shit in the past...never this particular shit, but nothing really surprises me any more with groups like that.

To paraphrase what I understand: Betas are scavengers, picking up the girls that the alphas reject as imperfect. Omegas, if the get girls at all, get the antisocial ones with no friends.

Or: Alphas make all the decisions for the couple (which makes women swoon?). Betas share decisions, and omegas are pussy-whipped.

Again, this is paraphrasing. I find the entire thing nonsense that is insulting to both sexes.

Everything about it annoys me. It's insulting to men, totally dehumanizing to women, as well as really flippant and condescending (you don't get to tell me what women ~really want~, how does anyone think that's even a little okay?) and most of all the men they describe as "alphas" are pretty much everything I don't want in a partner.
