According to what I read, she wasn't the one who said she'd been offered the role, and the role whoever claimed she'd been offered would have been awkward given how incesty it was, so I get him wanting to deny it. Not sure where the whole her being called out thing came from though, since as I said, I've never seen it said that she's the one who claimed the offer had happened.

Nah, she was the only one who claimed she was offered the role. Her whole story didn't make sense though because Asha is not a cameo role and I sincerely doubt they'd ask someone with no acting experience to do that. Not to mention, she's a massive attention whore. Just watch some interviews with Alfie, she muscles him away from interviewers or tries to make it all about her. She's just an awful person from the sounds of it. Alfie put down that rumor recently (in a rather classy way tbh) and said Gemma was always their choice for Yara/Asha.

Most of them are, the only terrible ones are Dany, Littlefinger, and Jon. And even then, they all have a background in acting. Lily is just a singer.

Now Alfie has told Vulture that Lily never turned down Yara's role, because she was apparently never offered it. The actor said: "I heard about [the cameo offer]. The only thing I'm going to say on that is that it's not true.

"And also that Gemma Whalen was always their first choice for the part. And she's fantastic. And that's the only thing I'm going to say about that."

No offense, but I'm more willing to take Alfie's side on this since she's an attention whore. not to mention, I doubt even the people at HBO are so perverse as to ask Lily to play a role that would have her be felt up by her real life brother.

I don't know the truth of this rumour, but I do know that you seem to really dislike Lily Allen, more than seems warranted in this discussion, and also seem to be overly invested in the idea that she and her brother hate each other. *initiates side-eye*
