I hate "it was all a dream" (unless it's a Nightmare on Elm Street movie) and its idiot cousin "all this magic and whimsy and happiness is just somebody's hallucination either in death or in an institution!" I guess that's often more of a fandom theory than a common movie/series twist, but I still hate it like fire.
