Most of the fanart usually either falls under "cute" (tiny little characters playing with sugar cubes/etc.) or porn, and the porn stuff often involves a larger character pressing down on the other character's genitals or penetrating them with a finger, and so on.
In non-fandom erotica, macro is probably more common. Giantess porn falls under that category. You get a lot of stuff like crush kink with a focus on a really huge giantess woman stepping on dudes and squishing them or whatnot.
