I've got to stop replying to everything in this thread, but yes, I love Dr. Chilton. It's funny because I loathed him in the first season, but by the end of season 2 I wanted nothing more than for him to survive. Everything he said after finding out about Hannibal was perfect. (I especially love him at Hannibal's party.)

lol, don't apologize!

it's really surprising to me that he's become a sort of... fandom favourite, at least for a certain segment of the Hannibal fandom. i read the books, and i was even MORE surprised when i realized i liked the TV version of his character!

the bit with him tripping over the bags in the hallway was priceless.
