Gotta agree about gymnastics, and I'd add sports like figure skating and some different kinds of horse showing (like jumping and dressage) to that list. Oh, and snowboarding. That one's cool too. Those sports have a specific visual appeal and art absolutely plays into how they're presented - especially with the first two, where clothing and makeup are chosen to make it into an artistic performance.
