No problem with the original. Just tired of seeing the pose used to show how cool a girl character is.

Rockwell's Rosie kills. I love the expressions his characters always have. (Here she seems to be saying "Bro do you even rivet?")

Eh, depends on what it's used for. Rockwell's stuff is more humor oriented where as the original Rosie was done to, well, inspire people basically.

...Also, she was a real person who didn't even know she was famous. So there's that.
