Ah, yeah. That is a pelargonium-geranium. They'll keep on throwing flower stalks up from the main stems at different places. Just keep on deadheading and it'll keep on flowering. That particular plant could do with being cut back pretty savagely down to bottom of the stem.

Here, found a pretty decent guide for you on youtube. If you look, you'll see where the plant throws new growth and new flower stems from.
