(Anonymous) 2014-06-15 10:28 pm (UTC)(link)yeah, no kidding is skin color even a big deal in the dragon age universe? I don't recall it ever being brought up as an issue by the characters. it's always mages and elves who seem get the short end of the stick

(Anonymous) 2014-06-16 01:02 am (UTC)(link)I don't think it is, but skin color is a big deal irl, and I think it still means quite a bit to have POC characters in video games, especially fantasy genre games. Especially in more leading roles. So I can understand hoping to see "racial" diversity in Dragon Age. I am personally glad to see a black woman as a DA3 character, black women so rarely get roles in games.
