Excessive vaginal discharge can be a sign of any number of medical conditions, including a few STD's...so, actually it might mean exactly that.

That is you. Just because your vagina is dry like a wind pipe doesn't mean everyone whose vagina is wetter than yours needs to go see a doctor. That's what this is about; showing that just because a vagina is wet (to a hundred different degrees) doesn't mean it is diseased or needs medical intervention.

Yes. It might mean that. But it does not inherently mean that. People whose vaginas are too dry need to see doctors sometimes too. That does not mean that everyone whose vagina isn't smack dab in the middle of the vaginal wetness/dryness spectrum is diseased or abnormal.
