Eh, I'll take just about any performer/band on a Fanmix so long as it doesn't have current Top 40 flash-in-the-pan treacly/asinine pop shit on it (i.e. that stupid 'Green and yellow American Apparel underwear' song I hear every 3 minutes across 4 stations on my afternoon commute home).

Even then, I'd probably take the pop shit if the fanmix is intentionally tongue-in-cheek/satirical about the whole thing.

If you're talking about the song "She Looks So Perfect" by 5 Seconds of Summer, they do not specify what colour AA underwear the girl looks good in.

Also, your fandoms are not my fandoms (necessarily), but there are a lot of people in the 5SOS Fam who are THRILLED for the success of this single. I'm sorry that you have to hear it so often (though if you don't like top 40 songs, why are you listening to Top 40 stations on your commute? There are options!) but it's SO EXCITING for those of us who have been fans since they started playing covers on YouTube. Like, this sudden global popularity-- it's a big deal for us, as a fandom.

Eh, I channel surf until something I like comes on, as the only afternoon drive show I can stomach can be a little too dudebro-y for me at times (I just listen for the Wacky News report and a couple other segments. It's an indie/alt rocm college station fwiw) But we've got too many stupid Top 40 stations in this town, lmao.

And yeah, this is gonna be one of those "different strokes" things, because I think that group sounds awful and not my cup of tea, ahaha. But I'm just old. =T
