So, I get them. Is this unusual or do any of you have that, too? It's worse when it's hot (like now) and I sweat a lot. I just get zits, mostly on my outer labia. Not sure what to do about it because I don't exactly want to put acne cream in those places.

I heard that wearing looser clothing helps with that, and anecdotally it seems to work okay?

Problem is I'd need looser...panties? And it's not like they're excessively constrictive to begin with.

Yeah I've gotten them. Showering and getting hot water on them helps, and keeping the area dry.

I've gotten them on occasion, but not that often. Which might be odd because I have tons of zits most everywhere else. Anyway, when I do occasionally get them, I just leave them alone. Or sometimes try to squeeze them. Same as any pimple, really. It doesn't happen frequently enough to cause me any issues.

Never had them there, but I get them on my breasts all the time. And my shoulders and arms. And face. And back. And sometimes in the area my pubic hair covers. I hate it.

Maybe try tea tree oil? I've never tried it on those places since I don't break out there, but it's all I use on my face. I'd think it'd be better than using acne cream in those areas, anyway.

I don't know if this helps with zits in particular, but I read an article the other day about vaginal health in general that recommended to use cotton panties (or go commando) instead of like synthetic fabrics and also to not sleep with underwear on to let the bits get some air or something. So perhaps something to try?

I already wear cotton panties...and wouldn't feel comfortable going commando outside the house.

this is gross but once i had a clogged sweat gland on my labia that wouldn't go away. it didn't hurt but it was a hard lump that felt annoying and wasn't showing any signs of healing. so i finally took a needle to it and haven't had one since.

hot baths sometimes make them pop without you having to squeeze them.
