(Anonymous) 2014-06-17 12:12 am (UTC)(link)A lot depends on the area and the sort of school you went to. Some schools have a culture of bullying where the most popular kid is the one who's the nastiest, meanest motherfucker on the playground.
On the other hand, I know a girl who was lucky enough to do an IB, and went to a school with a bunch of other really smart kids, and there was almost no bullying at all, because everyone had stuff in common and got along.
