Just tell your psychiatrist. It's his job to believe you, especially where medication is involved! You need to take that kinda stuff seriously!

I know, it's just hard to shake off those thoughts. Luckily my next appointment is only a few days away so I won't have too much time to go back and forth about this. Just need to keep reminding myself of what you said.
