So you think the show has gone downhill. Maybe you should stop watching if it is making you want to do things you hate, no point stressing out over it, unless you just want to see how it all ends.

Personally, I have been loving Season 3, and while yes there needs to be more Toph, I think Sokka has definitely gotten his due, I mean I could expound why he totally rocked and got was awesome in the leaked episodes, he has been pretty steady, and not everything goes downhill for him. I mean yeah he meets bad luck, but he hasn't been completely discouraged.

I don't know I am rambling, I think maybe you just need a break from Avatar, to get your bearings back you know?

Maybe, but I didn't want to make a reply along the lines of "YOU HAVE TO LOVE SEASON 3 OR ELSE" sort of of thing, or try to go crazy trying to convince someone it is awesome. I just think that is something is motivating you to engage in behaviors you don't like, you should maybe take a break to get some perspective.

oh. no. i was just saying that because the things that they're upset about get better in DOBS. i don't know if you've seen it yet so i won't say much.

Oh I have seen it, I just wasn't going to go there, I just worry about people who say that fandom or shows make them want to do things they don't want to do.

I don't need to be convinced about how awesome DoBS makes the series, it is just I have loved Season 3 even before that (even though, I don't really like Toph and Sokka together).

oh i'm in total agreement about that. I've adored all of S3 (with the exception of the painted lady episode. but i just have a personal vendetta with katara.) XD DoBS was just a big turning point.

as cute as it would be in later years, toph/sokka bothers me due to age difference. i mean, a 15 year old by with a 12 year old girl? i just find it a bit off putting.

I don't think it is the age thing, I just don't want the Gaang to do the "two guys! two girls! Lets pair them up thing!", and if I had to choose between Katara/Aang and Toph/Sokka, I would go with Katara/Aang, that and I like Suki and Sokka way too much.
