Ramona is the shitty one. A lot of people missed the point of the comic: that she and Scott were both assholes, terrible people and that because of this they kind of deserve each other.

+1. Scott was a major manchild and Ramona had so many evil exes because she kept screwing them over.

Yes. Ramona knew she was a horrible person who left a wake of relationship destruction. She knew she was the cause of the evil Exes. So much so, she was waiting for Scott to turn into one too.

Scott didn't realize that he was a schmuck too until Ramona came around and then self awareness hit him like a ton of bricks.

Yes, they so deserved each other.
