You know what, women who don't like the company of other women? The three best friendships in my life have been with women (one of them I met in fandom). And my life has been made a hundred times better with the amazing women in it. So it's you who's missing out.

Seconded. Every close friendship I've ever had has been with women, and the ones I've come across who've been less than stellar friends were women who had rough childhoods (which obviously has nothing to do with their gender). Conversely, every time I try to make friends with guys, they end up wanting to date or fuck me which is just ew. I simply will never understand people with OP's mindset.

I think there's a big difference between not liking other women period and preferring what is call male spaces to female spaces.

If I had to choose between /co/ and scans daily I'd pick /co/.

I've had friendships with men and women both, but the friendships I've had with women have lasted for decades and enriched my life. I'm sure male/female friendships are the same for some people, but come on now. The idea that all women are catty backstabbers is ridiculous.
