I forgot to mention. For the "tongue between the molars" thing, use the back part of the tongue -- the part that's right next to the molars so that the tongue is completely relaxed. You should still be able to speak with your tongue in this position if you needed to. You're just using the edge of your tongue -- just enough so that it doesn't feel like you're pinching. I can also bite down on the back of my tongue with both sets of molars at once, which is the most relaxing and unobtrusive way to do it. I think I have to move my tongue forward to do it but figure out what works best for you. Basically, use your tongue to keep your teeth apart somehow.
