As said, it's called Spiral! What they produced of the anime is available on Netflix, if you have an account with them (and the white-haired guy, Eyes Rutherford, is dubbed by John Burgmeier of Kurama fame, if that makes any difference, because it sure did to me X3). The manga is, allegedly, getting licensed and released here so, y'know, we'll actually know what in the hell is going on since the anime does little to explain it, but I haven't heard any word yet. >.>

First volume of the manga has hit shelves already, and I for one am quite satisfied with their treatment of it so far. :3 The second volume is scheduled for January, and then 3 in April and 4 in July, or so I understand from spiraldestiny.
