According to someone who is not me (because I cannot read a word of Japanese), this is the translation of the above. I have no idea if this is actually accurate, but I've had the "wife" thing checked with several other people, and they confirm it.

A very cheerful College of Arts student who loves Chupa-Chups and piercings.
The only one of his friends with whom he can be honest/forthright/serious is Soubi. (Or maybe that means "Soubi, with whom he can interact honestly, is his only friend")
Blood group: O; place of birth: somewhere in Tokyo - can't quite make out the kanji. ^^;
