You still fail. We twenty-somethings can fuck around in fandom if we damn well please. It doesn't mean we're not doing something productive with the rest of our time. Or are we to assume that you never do anything useful with your time - like class or homework - because you're too busy posting ageist fandom secrets? :')

Wait, I don't get it.

Why do 20+ people have to be doing something useful while 20- people are free to do anything they want all day?

I get it: don't treat you like you're stupid/immature/etc because of your age; don't generalize younger fans because they're young. Ok. But it's ok for you to do that to older fans because they're older?

Because that's what you think 20-somethings should do?

Look, I'm a 20-something. MOST of my fandom friends are teenagers. I don't look down on any of them because of their age. I don't look down on any of them at all, because they show maturity.

Your secret? Does not. It reads like you're pissed off that you lost a debate so you want all the old fogies to GTFO of your fandom so you don't have to actually know WTF you're saying.

For the record- I'm not curing cancer. I'm just working 40 hours a week, going to college full-time, taking care of two sick parents, and volunteering at least once a week at a charity.

"Do something with my life"? I am. Guess what? I still like fandom debates.
