Rural Pennsylvania is often referred to as Pennsatucky. Book!'Tucky was from Pennsylvania, hence her nickname. I think TV!'Tucky is supposed to be from West Virginia, I don't know why the writers chose to keep the Pennsatucky nickname.

The middle part of Pennsylvania is very rural and hilly, bookended by Pittsburgh on the west and Philadelphia on the east. VERY different look and culture. Funnily enough the term has a long history:

I Feel like there should have been some kind of middle ground between letting them fly all over the place and locking them up in the pitch black but then admittedly I have never owned dragons.

I can't see Piper hitting someone hard enough to kill them. She's not that physically gifted.

I have a co-worker whose mouth looks something like this due to a combination of bad hygiene and a phobia of dentists (she has said she hasn't seen one in 30 years or more). A lot of us at work simultaneously feel bad for her (dentists are far from her only phobia, and she suffers a lot) and are disgusted when she opens her mouth. To her credit, she covers her mouth with her hand a lot.

Anyway, after looking at this picture, I suddenly find I feel more sorry for her than disgusted by her. I don't know why.
