I can't read top-image's dialogue, but I can read bottom-image's. And he's asking Starfire if she remembers a list of (I assume) the men she knows in the Titans? (I only recognise Dick and Gar; really not a fan of TT) And she doesn't remember any of them?

Even without context, that's skeevy to me. How come she doesn't remember these men she's previously worked with for some time? And why does this bloke she's with want to know if she does? Why should he care?

Dialogue from the top portion:

"Still have questions? Worries? Concerns?"

"No... Well, yes and no. Questions about what's right and what's not, I'll always have them. Questions about my loving you? No! I do. Very much!"

They rebooted the timeline, and she actually does not know who they are. The whole scene is super sexualized and gross, but that's probably the least skeevy aspect.

she does know who dick is, she just repressed her memories of him or something

See, with context it's suddenly shot way down on the skeevy meter. It's still on there, but it's not pinging at the "brainwashed amnesiac sex slave being questioned to make sure she's not remembering things" level any more.

...

I think I need to find better reading material.

No, they remembered her. It was weird.

The time the comic came out was the idea was she basically didn't care enough about humans to really remember them once they were out of her eyesight... and they were only good for her to have consequence free sex with.

She had a freer attitude towards sex than most American women before hand, but it wasn't the beginning and the end to her use for humans and she had a loving relationship with Dick Grayson in the previous continuity.

They probably made it a bit less skeevy since the first issue of the rebooted stuff, but man the first issue was SO bad.

Because the "Dick" he's asking about was the man she was with for years, was engaged to, and very nearly married--in addition to being the best friend of the man asking the question and the brother of the other man in the book (who also banged her).

Skeevy city.
