I started running/exercising and for me, being able to go from standing still to finishing a mile in under 15:10 is a big accomplishment. I warm up the first lap, fast walk two laps, and run the last lap, but it's still a big deal to be able to finish that mile.

YOU. ARE. AWESOME. Seriously, it's hard to start something like that and keep at it; running is hard and painful and seems like a waste of time at first. I applaud you for even trying.

THANKS!! That means a lot. It's been a bit of a challenge but made easier by the fact that if I don't feel like running one night, I try to do at least some form of exercise, either hula hooping for 15-25 minutes straight or going to an hour long yoga class.

The easiest part of running? It's a treadmill in my basement where I get wifi and there's a TV in front of it. So I either watch TV or blast a pandora station I made for work outs.
