Minutes, as in more than one. Also, the scrolling text in a New Hope tells a more interesting story than "man I suck at being a warrior and the great warrior princess won't notice ever! I wonder what will happen next!"

I admit that I'm hazy on the plot, but I loved the dragon and flying sequences. He's the cutest puppy-dragon ever. Good for you for dropping something yoi didn't like early on, though.)

Star Wars is a classic Hero's Journey, it ticks every box in the formula that's been used as long as there's been literature. It's as formula as they come. That doesn't stop it from being an enjoyable interesting movie, because moves are more than their formulas.
