It's funny, I definitely wouldn't say it's easy (because shit takes effort and lots of time and exercise, at least for me) but in some ways it's easier than expected. I could never stick with it in the past (or lose that much) because I was too lazy. At least I know better now...

It's still a long road for me...but I dunno, I feel more stubbornly determined than I've even been before. And, stubbornly determined is a good mental space for me to be in (though sometimes utterly infuriating to others).
