Yep, that art is ridiculous and exploits female sexuality. But I read plenty of comics that don't do this.

They don't have to as powerful as Xavier, they'd just need to have the money to build a more powerful version of Cerebro to which every mind can be tapped into (and subsequently sent into space to help stop Gah Lak Tus.)
