Sounds like a nice episode. The parents really looked very young and hippy, as I remember.) And then, surely, House found out the real cause of the illness.

Nah, it was the side clinic plot. Olive Kaplan. Cuddy was the one who nearly killed her because she thought vegan was abusive.

In House's defense, I think the baby was displaying some symptoms that could be explained by nutritional deficiencies, and it would make perfect sense to investigate the kid's diet in that situation regardless of the apparent diet/lifestyle choices of the parents. House was just a presumptive ass about it, but that's normal for House, so...
