Both characters are obsessed with each other.

One of those characters is a lonely 12 year old girl who imagines that she kissed him (she is also hardly "obsessed" with him), the other is an adult man with serious issues. Also, he's not a POV character so we don't have any idea if Sandor is "obsessed" with her, and he's either moved on or dead, depending on which theory you'd like to believe. To say it's fucking canon is creepy as hell.

They mention each other all the time. Sansa compares every man she meets to him. That's canon.
