Almost everything I speculated happening and wanted to happen in Babylon 5 happened, but like in the worst possibly way. Which is why I learned to never predict or want anything from that show.

ROFL oh no I'm not laughing at your pain, fingal, I promise, but LOL that's hilarious, I'm so sorry.

I find the Babylon 5 fandom takes special delight in other's pain while they watch the show. My followers on Tumblr were very amused by my flailing, let me tell you. There was the one time I was like "Oh gosh, I can't wait to see Londo and G'Kar interact again after that. I bet it'll be so snarky and great." But, no, it wasn't great. It was horrific. The next time they had a scene together G'Kar was fucked up on Dust, and we all know how that went.

Watching that show was so fucking fun, even though I'm still crying over it.

I am not part of the B5 fandom myself, but I cannot help but understand their reaction: but seriously, people who would be tactful and pat you comfortingly on the shoulder while you suffered are a bit unlikely to have watched and enjoyed B5, to be honest.

B5 was a great show with great actors and amazing storylines, but not known for its niceness to its viewers' tenderest feelings. Just saying...
