I'm both excited and apprehensive. It has so many problems and I just don't want them to be made worse.

Oh right. I recently watched the first three seasons with a friend and this will be the first time I'm watching it as it airs. Crap, I forgot to look up what channel MTV is.

Welcome to the week to week pain of watching live!

Haha, it's gonna be tough. I'm so bad at keeping up with shows. But my friend promised/threatened that she will make sure I watch each week.

I almost forget it was coming back on but the official Teen Wolf twitter and tumblr helped with that.

Ugh, I'm not even particularly excited because I hate the way Malia was handeled last season and I'm going to miss Allison. (And to a much lesser extent, Isaac.)

And Kate...fuck Kate man, I'm not even looking forward to her being back in a 'love to hate' kind of way, I just loathe her and want her to fall into a pit of acid or something.

But I am interested in seeing how Stiles deals with the events of last season, and Scott too; not sure what I want for Scott and Kira, but ever since Allison died...I'm just not feeling the thought of it. (And I was liking them! But, now...it's tainted somehow.) I kind of think no one should hook up this season but haha, like that would ever happen on this show.

But yessssssssss, do want more Sheriff Stilinski, Melissa and Chris. Hopefully the Sheriff and Melissa have more scenes together this season. (And okay, a pairing can happen but it needs to be Sheriff/Melissa. Come the fuck on, how long do we have to wait?)

Oh, and I know this show is just going to torture Derek more and more and at this point I feel like he should just move away and go celibate.

I think I talked a lot to you about TW as an anon over the last season. I won't be watching this year, though.

I think 3B ended in March. I really wish I could walk away from it, especially since I'm afraid of how much more they could fuck it up.

I'm super excited, even though I won't be able to watch until tomorrow. ;3; But oh man, I'm excited, I really thought I wouldn't be but. I am! XD

It's enbarrassing how much I've been looking forward to it. There's been a marathon all day and I've been watching off and on.

Like, I know that the story will be nonsensical and that Kate's back and that Allison's death won't be sufficiently grieved. I know that it'll be terrible. But. Oh jeez, I get to see Scott again, and Stiles and Lydia, and Derek. Kira's going to be a cutie. Peter might die (unlikely but I'm hopeful!). Sheriff Stilinski and Melissa being awesome parents. Chris being a broken man. Seeing what Malia is up to (please don't be evil and please live). I get to see these characters again (even if they're trapped in a pretty shitty show).

I don't, however, care about any of the characters we haven't met yet. Why are there new characters when we've barely fleshed out the ones we already have? Malia needs a lot of attention and Danny should be a regular. Ugh, I hate change. |D

Which makes me sad because I remember anxiously awaiting the S3 A and B premieres and now I'm just...
I was loving 3B up until Allison's death. I know Reed wanted to leave and I can't hold it against anyone, and I really tried not to, but then the finale happened and I just... Kinda hated it. I hate that Kate's back. I hate that she appears to be a friggin' werejaguar. I just barely put up with Malia's werecoyote-ness, and I thought the thing with Peter was ridiculous. I hate that they're going to put Kira and Scott together this season. (I think Kira's amazing, but Scott just watched the love of his life get brutally murdered in front of him and die in his arms, in my mind he's gonna need at least a year or two to get over that while the show will, at best, give him a couple months.)
The whole show is ridiculous, and I've known that from the beginning and loved it anyway, but I think it's just gotten too ridiculous at this point.
I don't know if I'll watch. I want to see how they handle things, but I also don't want to ruin it more for myself.

I couldn't agree more about Scott and Kira. Jeff Davis said they'd be shaky but that they'd be a thing. Of course, Stiles should have PTSD and they probably won't handle that sufficiently either.

MTE. I feel like Scott probably needs some time to mourn Allison before furthering any romantic relationship. (And Reed's leaving I understand, but I'm still a bit bitter about the fact that she died when an asshole like Jackson got to live.)

Kate is the worst and I want her gone already. I didn't like how she looked either, but maybe the show will have improved that by now.

And I'm hoping this is finally the season Peter dies, though I'm starting to think he's going to make it to the series finale.

I'm scared about...all of it, but I'll be watching anyway.

Oh God, I forgot about the Malia and Peter subplot for a minute. If I could change anything about season 3, it would be removing that plotline (also it just makes me really, really sad that Malia's father institutionalized her after finally reuniting with her. Or I assume he was the one who did; I don't really remember them explaining it). I don't even really dislike Malia as a character exactly but her plot just felt unnecessary (or at least the part where Peter is her father did. WHY?)

I'm looking forward to it! I really liked that they decided to crank up the creepiness and horror elements in season 3 (especially 3b) and I hope that continues in season 4. I used to kind of hate-watch Teen Wolf for the first two seasons but I can now say that I genuinely enjoy the show and I'm like 90% unashamed about it. I'll miss the characters not returning though :(

Me too. It'll be so weird without Allison there. And I loved Isaac.

Yeah, it's really hard to picture the show without Allison in particular. And with Isaac it's disappointing because it seemed like they were kind of setting up a father-son bond between Chris and Isaac near the end of the season (or if not a father-son relationship, they at least were growing closer in the wake of Allison's death) and I would have really loved to see that play out on the show.

I'm really excited for the most part. I'm bummed because it won't be the same without Allison and I loved Isaac a lot so I'll miss him, but still looking forward to what's to come.
