Depends on who. My immediate family, friends, coworkers, etc. would have some interesting reactions, but mostly it would boil down to rolling their eyes at how I waste my time or getting more worked up about the feminist stuff than the fandom/porn stuff. I have some extended family who are rather prudish, but they are pretty distant so I'd be more concerned about my parents' relationships with them than for my own sake. My workplace would just want to make sure none of it connects to my real name (which in turns connects back to them).
