On occasion, I've even told people that I'm a recovering alcoholic (which I am) and they insist with shit like "Oh, you can still have beer!"
NO, MOTHERFUCKER, I CANNOT. Not unless you feel like scooping up a sobbing, screaming, completely incoherent Quirkytizzy off the floor who will then puke all over everything you own and then call you up the next day because she's lost everything in her life.
