This is not really a huge deal - it's the whole reason caller ID was invented. Screening calls will ALWAYS be a thing and anyone who says they've NEVER done is lying. It's the modern equivalent of peaking through the window to see who's at the door and pretending you're not home when it's THAT neighbor.
